As our Elder Brother Christ can empathize with our nature, having become one of us, because we have to go through our lives struggling with overcoming, we also will have a strong bond with those we will be working with. Because we have been tempted and failed many times, and had to overcome, we can encourage them, proving that it is not impossible.
